ARTICLE XVI

MAINTENANCE

Section 1. Responsibility for Maintenance. The Corporation shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair and replacement for the Ranch including any buildings or facilities owned by the Corporation, including, but not limited to, interior roads, bridges, pathways, all fencing, gates, trees, and other improvements.

Section 2. Shareholder Responsibility. Each Shareholder shall be responsible for providing exterior maintenance upon his/her Cabin and any improvements thereon, including the area immediately surrounding the Cabin. In the event that any Shareholder fails to maintain his/her Cabin and the improvements situated thereon in a manner satisfactory to the Board, the Corporation shall have the right, through its agents and employees, to enter upon and to repair, maintain and restore the Cabin and the exterior of any other improvements erected thereon. The cost of such exterior maintenance shall be added to and become part of the assessment to which such Share is subject.
