All Terrain Vehicle Policy

ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE POLICY

All-terrain vehicles (ATV) (4 wheelers) will not be allowed for recreational purposes on Pines Ranch.  This includes golf carts and other motorized vehicles of any sort.

The only exception to this policy is when ATVs are being used to perform Pines Ranch maintenance, repair, and upkeep activities.  Such use must have permission of the Board of Directors when in use. Speed limits are 10 MPH as posted.

Reason for the position is to maintain the peaceful, quiet ambiance of Pines Ranch as well as to keep smaller children who climb, wander, and walk the Ranch safe.  Historically, on other Weber Canyon properties or developments, ATV use is reported to be noisey, at all times of the day and night.
