FAMILY GATHERING POLICY
One of the historical and main uses of Pines Ranch is to enable families to gather together and enjoy the surroundings. During the past 100 years all families have enjoyed this aspect of property use. However, during the same time frame, families for each cabin have gotten larger and larger with time. Some cabins have large family gatherings where the families are larger than the cabins can accommodate and tents have been used to sleep individuals outside, etc. Such use of the Ranch is encouraged.
However, it must be recognized that there are other cabins on the Ranch that have rights and those rights and Ranch use must be honored and accommodated. When large gatherings are planned, it is requested and required that people using neighboring cabins not have "their space" infringed upon. It is also expected that families holding such large gatherings also plan for toilet facilities if such gatherings exceed the toilet facilities of their cabin.
Noise levels should also be monitored at such gathering so as to not become a nuisance to other Ranch users.
Camping or tenting in the pasture areas may only occur with prior approval of the Board of Directors.
