Gate Policy

It is the policy of the Pines Ranch to have the entry gate locked at all times.  Keys are not to be loaned or given to contractors indiscriminately.  

If additional keys are needed, they can be obtained from a member of the Board for a $10 fee per key.

Family gatherings frequently take place on the ranch.  During such activities, the main gate is NOT to be unlocked and propped open.  A family member should be placed at the gate to let invitees in as they arrive.

The purpose of this is to keep the Ranch secure and not to give the public access to private land.  There have been instances when people try to get into the Ranch when in actuality they are looking for a cabin on another property in Weber Canyon.
