LLC Records and Policies Permanently

Utility Bills 12 to 18 months

Legal Documents Permanently

Historical Documents Permanently

Share Certificates and related documents Permanently

General Correspondence 4 years

Insurance Policies Permanently


Records destruction will take place during the first quarter of every year.  A record will be kept of each document discarded for seven years.
