PINES RANCH WINTER USE POLICY
In winter the Pines Ranch is a virtual paradise when properly used. The parking lot will be plowed by the Ranch for parking of cars, trailers, etc. Roads will not be plowed to cabins without Board of Director approval. The maintaining of the snow cover of the road during winter serves to insulate the water pipes and help significantly to prevent them from freezing.
Historically, the Ranch has been used for snowmobiling and it is perfectly acceptable to do so. Courtesy and safe operation of snowmobiles is a must with consideration of all other users to be exhibited. When there is not sufficient snow for snowmobiling, ATVs WILL NOT BE ALLOWED! (See All Terrain Vehicle Use Policy).
During winter, all pasture gates on the Ranch are to be left open. Cabins are not to be fenced off or gated. Fences are not to be cut for snowmobiling purposes.
CHRISTMAS TREE CUTTING: Christmas tree Cutting is NOT allowed on Pines Ranch. (See Courtesy Rules)
