Unfortunately, whenever policies are put in place to make the Pines Ranch a welcoming place for all, there are those who feel policies are for everyone else and do not pertain to them. This is not the case on Pines Ranch and adherence to the policies is expected of all cabin users and guests. Shareholders are responsible for the activities and actions of their guests.
At the discretion of the Board of Directors, violators may or may not be given a verbal warning. The Board of Directors has the authority to assess fines for those who do not follow the rules and policies. The following is a list of fines that may be levied.
Water Abuse/Spring Abuse: $1000 Absolutely no mitigating circumstances
ATV Abuse: $250 per occurrence
Winter Use Policy Abuse: $250 per occurrence
Hunting/Firearm Abuse: $500 per occurrence (liability issue)
